The Return window
To qualify for a full refund: Items must be in the original packaging. The store must be able to put the item back in the collection in new condition. Pricing stickers or tags must be attached. Damage to the item is non-refundable. Original receipt for the original payment method must be provided for proof of purchase. A restocking fee will be applied. Returns are processed within 5 business days of validated request.
No receipt, no proof of purchase, or damaged goods disqualifies the items for a refund.

Exchanges are not accepted.
